Yes, children’s birthday parties must be booked in advance and online only. This allows us to plan your celebration properly and secure your preferred date. Booking on the day of your visit is unfortunately not possible.
Yes, our birthday packages are generally available seven days a week.
If no time slots are available, the dates are unfortunately already fully booked.
Each children’s birthday party includes two adult accompanying persons free of charge.
Each child receives one large slice of pizza.
Soft drinks are unlimited during mealtime and are served in pitchers.
You’re welcome to bring your own cake. Please note that it must be pre-cut.
For safety reasons, bringing your own knives is not permitted.
Small and subtle decorations are allowed. Please understand that due to space and safety regulations, extensive or elaborate decorations are not possible.
Space for gifts is limited. We therefore recommend keeping the number of gifts to a minimum.
Meal times are fixed parts of our birthday packages and cannot be adjusted or rescheduled.
This helps us ensure that all celebrations run smoothly and that our rooms are used efficiently.
Depending on the booked package, meal times are scheduled as follows:

Unfortunately, deviations or individual changes are not possible.
Gluten-free food may be brought along after prior arrangement. Please inform us well in advance so we can plan accordingly.
At this time, we’re unable to accommodate individual special requests or additional services outside of the offered packages.
The booked time slots are binding. Tables and rooms must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked period.
